What exactly is the Xfinity Fitness Bootcamp? It's a full-body workout that combines running or walking with a variety of loops ranging from a quick short loop to a longer distance, distance varies depending on the location. Some locations will be flat and others will have some small hills and stairs. You get to choose the loop that's right for you based on your fitness level.
Our class enables you to participate in our live streaming sessions while on the move, as we conduct them from various outdoor locations.
